Co-Angler Checklist

1) Co-Angler will need to bring their own life jackets.

2) The club asks that Co-Angler pay your boater a minimum of $35.00 for gas. This is just a minimum and may be  more depending on where (distance) and how many days we fish for. (See schedule)

3) Co-Angler should cover the cost of the ramp fee if required.

4) Co-Angler should bring their own water, because it is very important that you stay hydrated.

5) Bring your own snacks/lunch if desired.

6) Sunblock.

7) Sunglasses.

8) Rain gear.

9) Cull tags if you have them.

*** Some things you should be aware of.

1)  Make sure you get to the launch ramp facility early.

Ask the boater what time he wants you there.

Some guys like to get there early so if you want to put your gear on the boat in the parking lot, you will need to coordinate with your boater. Otherwise you will be humping all your stuff down to the boat from the parking lot.

2) Try to keep your rods to no more than 5 or 6 rods.

3) Try to keep your tackle to a minimum. (No footlocker size bags)

4) If you smoke please ask the boater first.

5) Keep your stuff organized, so if your boater wants to move to another place you're prepared before he sits down.

6) Try to tread lightly and keep from moving around too much, keep noise to a minimum in the boat.

7) As a courtesy, ask the boater at the end of the day if he needs help with  getting his boat ready for the road. Putting straps on and maybe help with wiping it down.
